  Co-Owner, Operator, Dao Vannarath immigrated to the U.S in 1987 from Laos. He spent nearly two decades in Southern California discovering his American Dream, and starting his family. 

  He relocated to Utah in 2003 with ambitions of starting his own restaurant. Dao knew that people would respond to the universal language of -FOOD- and wanted to bring them the authentic, Fresh, Flavors, and textures of Thai cuisine.  

  He opened his first restaurant a year later, in 2004, having created his own recipes based on dishes he grew up eating. 

  Dao loves Utah's family values, and the diversity of outdoor activities. He enjoys feeding Utahns, and supporting the local economy! 

  His restaurants are family operated.
